A quiet peninsula at the edge of things. Open, unhurried, and remarkably easy to arrive in.
The Land
A western peninsula, positioned away from the main currents of continental politics. Not a major power. Not a place that starts things. Kaeris exists at the edge of the continent's attention, which is exactly how most of its people prefer it.
Character
The mix of people here produces a society that is, by nature, open. Different kinds of people are unremarkable. People come and go. Nobody asks too many questions about where you're from or why you left.
People
Humans are the majority. Aasimar have settled here in meaningful numbers, drawn to the peninsula for reasons they find difficult to name, it simply feels better than other places. Halflings are present throughout. Dragonborn from Drogarde pass through regularly, the peninsula lying conveniently along their routes.
